Bogota and the beautiful “Cartagena de Indias”

We meet you at the Dorado International Airport, the included luggage is one (1) piece per person. We drive you from the airport to the hotel and assist you with the hotel check-in and accommodation.

Breakfast at the hotel. At the scheduled time, we'll head to Bogotá's historic center, we will go from 2,600 meters above sea level to 3,152 meters when we visit the cultural and religious symbol of the city, the Monserrate Sanctuary. There, the image of the “Fallen Lord of Monserrate” is venerated. Enjoy the best view of Bogotá up there, along with its forests, gardens, and fountains. We then visit the Gold Museum, which houses archaeological collections and exhibition of pre-Colombian indigenous gold and pottery artifacts, featuring over 30,000 pieces of gold. Next, we visit a local market to taste some delicious typical Colombian fruits. The tour continues with a walking tour through the historic center, including Bolívar Square and nearby colonial architecture streets, where you’ll see the Colón Theater, the San Carlos Palace, and other significant buildings such as the National Capitol (legislative center), the Presidential Palace (Casa de Nariño), the Mayor's Office, and the Primatial Cathedral. Then we take you back to the hotel.

Note: The Gold Museum is closed on Mondays and therefore it’s visit will be replaced with the Botero Exhibition (closed on Tuesdays). Monserrate is highly visited on weekends and holidays. Duration: 6 hours. Private service includes transportation, an english-speaking guide/driver, entrance to the Gold Museum, going up Monserrate, and seasonal fruit tasting.

Breakfast at the hotel. At the agreed time, transfer from the hotel to the airport for your flight to Pereira (airfare not included). Consider: A supplement applies for night flights between 23:00 and 9:00. Upon arrival at Rafael Núñez International Airport, baggage allowance is one (1) piece per person. Transfer to the hotel with a driver for a daytime flight, check-in, and accommodation.

We start at Cartagena Bay, followed by a panoramic view of the peaceful Manga neighborhood, known for its republican architecture. Explore the imposing San Felipe de Barajas Fortress, the largest colonial fortification in the Americas. Then, dive into the historic and walled center, with time for shopping and a revealing walk through streets and plazas steeped in history.

Duration: 4 hours, operates daily. Shared service includes transportation in an air-conditioned bus, a bilingual guide, and entrance to the Monastery of La Popa and San Felipe Fortress. The tour is conducted simultaneously in both English and Spanish. Consider: Food and beverages are not included.

Discover the magical history of Cartagena de Indias with a panoramic tour of Cartagena Bay, the Pegasos Pier, and the Clock Tower before arriving at the Manga neighborhood to admire its Moorish and republican architecture. You’ll visit the impressive San Felipe de Barajas Fortress and stroll through the historic walled city, with stops for artisan shopping and a walk through its streets and plazas, all while enjoying a delicious ice cream. The tour also includes a panoramic (no entry) visit to San Pedro Claver Church to admire its exterior architecture and the Santo Domingo bastion. Return to the hotel. Duration: 4 hours. Private service includes transportation, an english-speaking guide/driver, entrance to San Felipe Fortress, hydration, and ice cream.

Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy a fantastic beach day just 60 minutes from Cartagena in the Corales del Rosario National Park. Depart early in the morning from La Bodeguita Port and take a speedboat to the island, where you can relax and connect with nature. Optional activities include diving, snorkeling, and walking tours. A traditional lunch is included, followed by the return trip to the pier. Duration: 8 hours. Shared service includes round-trip transportation to the island in shared speedboats and lunch.

*San Pedro de Majagua: Includes dock tax; hotel-to-pier transfers are not included, except for the luxury category.

*Isla del Encanto: Complimentary transfers to the pier for hotels in Bocagrande, the historic center, and the Northern Zone in shared service. Passengers are responsible for their return transfer to the hotel. Dock tax is not included (approx. USD 11 per person, payable at departure).
